Siamo stati contentissimi di tutto. Delle porte e della loro assistenza. Meglio di così! All'inizio pensi che neanche ti risponderanno, come spesso ci è successo con altre ditte interpellate. Invece non solo ci hanno risposto, ma con che professionalità! I preventivi dettagliati al massimo, con spiegazioni anche oltre quelle che ti aspetti. Con qualche remora, non lo nascondo (si sa.. è sempre un acquisto a distanza, anche se avevamo ricevuto tante rassicurazioni su varie cose, che onestamente ci facevano stare tranquilli ma fino alla fine stai sempre un pò sul chivala' ), abbiamo comprato le porte da loro e devo dire che con enorme stupore quando sono arrivate erano anche piu' belle di come sembravano in foto. Legno vero vero che in nessun negozio dove siamo stati abbiamo visto. Lavorazione artigianale visibile, anche a detta di chi ce le ha montate. Gia' solo il profumo del legno ha riempito la nostra casa... insomma siamo veramente soddisfatti al 100%. fantastic throughout. Ditta conosciuta attraverso amici che un bel po' di anni fa hanno preso le porte da loro, tra l'altro porte bellissime e uniche nel genere, particolarissime e costate praticamente nulla in confronto ai prezzi che ci sono in giro per porte di cartone. abbiamo comprato anche noi le porte da loro per la nostra casa. Porte di legno massello, belle belle e con fattura artigianale pregevole, ad un prezzo veramente strepitoso.Ce le hanno personalizzate in tutto, non entro nei dettagli ma sono veramente uniche. Con gli stessi soldi qui da noi ci saremmo dovuti accontentare di porte laminate oltretutto inadatte allo stile della nostra casa. Possiamo confermare in tutto e per tutto quello che i nostri amici ci avevano detto. Ci siamo affidati a Portamania senza esitare. sin dal primo contatto a pelle, anzi a orecchio, siamo stati letteralmente accolti e seguiti in tutto anche durante l'installazione che non è poco. Eravamo partiti da una richiesta di preventivo per porte laminate ma mi hanno proposto subito alternative in legno, anche perchè avevamo diversi fuori misura. Alla fine ci troviamo in casa delle porte in frassino laccate a poro aperto, moderne e ben fatte che hanno cambiato veramente la nostra casa che era un pò anonima con quelle che avevamo. Ci hanno consigliato soluzioni tecniche rivelatesi validissime per risolvere problemi che avevamo sulle mura. Sono stati puntuali nella consegna. Abbiamo per giunta pagato alla consegna (tranne l'acconto che necessariamente lo abbiamo pagato all'ordine con bonifico). Che dire di piu'.... siamo davvero soddisfatti dell'acquisto fatto e consiglierei Portamania a chiunque sta cercando di arredare casa spendendo il giusto a fronte di porte veramente belle e di qualità. Un grazie particolare ad Anna che ci ha letteralmente "assistito" anche di domenica e ci ha aiutato a chiarire le idee su cosa scegliere in base ai pavimenti che avevamo, all'arredamento esistente e a tutte le cose strane delle mura malfatte della nostra casa. E poi il prezzo non ci sembrava vero. Avevamo visto qui da noi porte di finto legno, stampate allo stesso prezzo e per questo eravamo un pò scettici. Pensavamo che stavamo rischiando ad acquistare a distanza ma abbiamo voluto provare prima comprandone una, e poi abbiamo prese tutte le altre. e' andato tutto molto bene dall'inizio alla fine. Inclusa assistenza anche in fase di montaggio perchè ce le siamo montate noi. Consiglio questa azienda. 5 stelle super meritate. Excellent shopping experience.
