Excellent bakery that opens early in the morning in the center of Bolzano. It has very good brioches that stand out from the usual ones of the other "imposing" bakeries in the city.

Super baker with excellent baked goods of the best quality. Anyone who complains here about the prices does not know what the ingredients cost and how much work is involved. Definitely visit and try the rolls or the strudel. Large selection of Schüttelbrot.

Very petite store, however offers a hundred different product! Ranged from meat to dairy and most importantly, bread!
We couldn’t stop but chose 6-7 different kinds of bread; freshly baked, well wrapped and even warm, very impressed with the mohnstrudel, which is poppyseeds roll, slightly sweetened, dense and nutty, superb! What a treat in your mouth!
Very friendly staff too.
I’d come back in a heartbeat
