Un giorno ho ordinato da loro alcuni krapfen da asporto, direi una quarantina, non è stato applicato nemmeno un centesimo di sconto, sarebbe gradito per quando si fanno ordini un pochino più sostanziosi del solito pacchetto di pane da 1,50€ dato che in questo caso si parlava di più di 50 euro per alcuni semplici dolcetti, spero in una riconoscenza per il “prossimo ordine” altrimenti cambierò panificio. Well-stocked bakery, always full of people passing by. One day I ordered some takeaway krapfen from them, I would say forty, not even a cent of the discount was applied, it would be welcome for when you order a little more substantial than the usual package of bread from € 1.50 since in this case there was talk of more than 50 euros for some simple sweets, I hope in gratitude for the "next order" otherwise I will change the bakery.

Servizio cortese, però in periodo di Covid trovo poco accettabile che gli stessi inservienti che maneggiano il pane e gli altri prodotti maneggino anche il denaro contante... Black fennel bread sandwich with speck and cucumbers: acceptable product of good quality. Im Gegensatz zu Herrn Daddi (sieh weiter unten), bin ich froh, wenn ich mich auf Deutsch mit den Leuten unterhalten kann. Ich spreche einige Sprachen und versuche auch im Ausland damit auf die Leute zuzugehen. Außerdem sehe ich nicht ein, dass Beschäftigte in einem Betrieb in Italien, besser Südtirol, sich nicht auf deutsch unterhalten sollen, wenn das ihre Muttersprache ist. Wenn ich in Deutschland zu einem türkischen Lebensmittelhändler gehe, störe ich mich auch nicht daran, wenn die Bedienungen miteinander ein paar türkische Worte wechseln. Nice friendly waitresses and dreamy hearts. In contrast to Mr. Daddi (see below), I am happy when I can speak to people in German. I speak some languages and try to approach people abroad as well. In addition, I do not see that employees in a company in Italy, better South Tyrol, should not speak in German if that is their mother tongue. When I go to a Turkish grocer in Germany, I don't mind if the waitresses exchange a few Turkish words with each other.

Tra l'altro hanno prodotti buonissimi, anche della tradizione locale, a prezzi assolutamente onesti. Really nice and helpful staff. It is always a pleasure to shop with them when I pass by Bolzano. Among other things, they have very good products, even from the local tradition, at absolutely honest prices.
