Ho cercato di fare una recensione costruttiva, ma lei risponde al cliente con tono offensivo e dicendo il falso..si squalifica da sola. Per quanto riguarda le mie papille gustative le assicuro che funzionano benissimo, anzi le do volentieri un elenco di pasticcerie italiane molto migliori alla vostra. Ripeto, i vostri dolci sono bellissimi da vedere, ma il gusto è piatto. Una critica si accetta quando è onesta! Gusto piatto e non esaltante dei dolci, anche se da un punto di vista ottico sono spettacolari. Ecco perché forse tante ottime recensioni, che non sono giustificabili né per la qualità, né per il prezzo che trovo esagerato. Ad esempio una minuscola torta alle mele (ca. 15 cm di diametro) a 10 € lo trovo un furto! Dear Madam, it is simply ridiculous that you deny that you made apple pies..I have no words. That's why perhaps so many excellent reviews, which are not justifiable either for the quality or for the price that I find exaggerated. For example, a tiny apple pie (approx. 15 cm in diameter) for € 10 I find it a steal!

La proprietaria, nonché la pasticciera della Bakery, mette tutto il suo entusiasmo nel lavoro che fa, e si vede! Anche il locale è bellissimo e curato. Ogni volta che vado non vedo l'ora di tornarci! A must when I go to Bolzano, the cupcakes are delicious and I can say without hesitation that I have never eaten such good ones. The owner, as well as the pastry chef of the Bakery, puts all her enthusiasm into the work she does, and it shows! The restaurant is also beautiful and well-kept. Come previsto, la torta nuziale era deliziosa ed esattamente quello che volevamo. Pan di spagna alla vaniglia e pistacchio con crema al pistacchio e fragole fresche. Elisa è meravigliosamente unica.
