★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è carino , la commessa bionda un po’ meno …… uno se ha l’intenzione di comprare qualcosa se ne va senza acquistare ( al meno io ho fatto così ) per tanta arroganza della ragazza , sgarbata è poco professionale ….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio in galleria dell'ipercoop il castello è piccolino. In questo periodo di covid, c'è spesso una lunga fila per poter accedere anche solo a vedere. Detto ciò, commesse brave e cordiali. Gioielli fantastici. Ho comprato spesso da loro. Ottimo come regalo di Natale ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi meraviglia moltissimo vedere persone che fanno recensioni negative nei confronti delle ragazze che lavorano nello store di Pandora all’interno del centro commerciale Il Castello di Ferrara. Sono anni che acquisto gli splendidi prodotti di questo brand in questo negozio e posso solo affermare che si tratta di ragazze disponibili e che ti accolgono dando sempre consigli e un sorriso. Probabilmente chi fa affermazioni contrarie sono quelle persone che vedo spesso provare mille oggetti e magari vanno via senza nulla. Anche a me capita di vedere una cosa e poi magari ne prendo un’altra, ma rispetto il lavoro di chi sta dietro un bancone al nostro servizio e verso cui molte volte scarichiamo le nostre peggiori tensioni. Confermo il mio giudizio più che positivo verso queste ragazze e le saluto con un sorriso, quello che spesso non ricevono. Forza ragazze, siete forti!!! ?
It amazes me a lot to see people who make negative reviews towards the girls who work in the Pandora store inside the Il Castello di Ferrara shopping center. I have been buying the splendid products of this brand in this shop for years and I can only say that they are available girls and who always welcome you by giving advice and a smile. Probably those who make contrary statements are those people I often see trying a thousand objects and maybe they go away with nothing. I also happen to see one thing and then maybe I take another, but I respect the work of those behind a counter at our service and towards whom we often discharge our worst tensions. I confirm my more than positive opinion towards these girls and greet them with a smile, the one they often do not receive. Come on girls, you are strong !!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se un negozio fa una tessera fedeltà per acquisti in negozio e non valida sul sito ufficiale teoricamente se il negozio è chiuso per tanto tempo la scadenza dei punti va prorogata. Praticamente qui non funziona così e oltre il menefreghismo della commessa che mentre dice di mandare una mail a Pandora gira le spalle fa salire il nervoso anche la non professionalità del gestore del negozio. Se continuate così piano, piano la gente si stanchera delle lunghe code e di figure come questa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppo. Sono stata accolta dalle due commesse (una signora bionda ed una ragazza castana), in maniera ESTREMAMENTE sgarbata; con supponenza e arroganza. Altre persone che hanno visitato questo negozio mi hanno confermato lo stesso. Sicuramente sceglierò un altro punto vendita.
One star is too much. I was greeted by the two shop assistants (a blonde lady and a brunette girl), in an EXTREMELY rude way; with arrogance and arrogance. Other people who have visited this shop have confirmed the same to me. I will definitely choose another store.
