Non me ne intendo di gioielli, spero almeno siano in oro come richiesto. Dopo aver ascoltato la risposta, in cui spiegava che a fronte di un acquisto minimo di 10€ avrei ricevuto un buono per la foratura del valore di 14.99 (orecchini da foratura con pallina bianca o gialla (???)), dico che oggi sarei andata con mia cugina Oggi siamo andati (40 km perché non sono della zona) e entrando dico che sono interessata alla foratura e la risposta è "no guarda, non abbiamo più orecchini disponibili, perché sono tutti prenotati" (e già qui partiamo male, prima info da dare non data!) al che dico che avevo chiamato e l'altra commessa dice "ci sono quelli gialli se vuoi". Dico io "ma gialli gialli, fluo o oro?" E la commessa dice "beh oro ovviamente"...(e qui va sempre peggio) Insomma vedo un anellino che mi piace, le dico "prendo questo" e lei mi fa "hai la fidelity? Perché senza non posso applicarti la promozione" (seconda info da dare non data!) Risolvibile! Faccio la fidelity Pago, vado per fare i buchi a mia cugina e la commessa le chiede "sei maggiorenne?" "Ehm no" "ah allora non posso farti niente, mi serve un consenso del genitore firmato davanti a me" (terza info da dare non data!) Al che dico "guarda ieri ho chiamato per avere info e non mi è stato detto niente di ciò" e lei con una certa arroganza e con tono abbastanza scocciato ha detto "beh ma cosa ne so che non sei maggiorenne!" Morale siamo tornate a casa senza buchi, persa una mattina di studio, fatti 80 km per niente, perché qualcuno non sa fare il suo lavoro a 360 gradi! Se uno chiede informazioni, vanno date tutte a prescindere!
