Dopo aver acquistato una collana usata ho chiesto di modificare un mia medaglia per cambiare l'anellino che risultava troppo piccolo per la collana. Ho chiesto chiaramente un anello da 6 mm. di diametro interno (negozio sprovvisto di un semplice calibro o misura fori) dopo due settimane il 05.07.2017 mi ritornano la medaglia con un grande e vistoso anellino che non permette alla medaglia stessa di ruotare perché troppo grosso. Faccio presente la cosa ma la commessa (Barbara) mi riferisce che si tratta di pochi millimetri in più e che il loro laboratorio ha deciso cosi. Il giorno successivo (oggi 06.07.2017) dopo aver misurato a casa col calibro l'anellino che risulta essere oltre 9 millimetri, ho telefonato per chiedere di sistemare l'anellino la commessa si rifiuta di soddisfare la mia richiesta di sistemate l'anellino che doveva essere 6 millimetri e non 9. In pratica " te lo sei preso e te li tieni così perché tanto non te lo sistemo". La commessa a mio parere fredda e priva di ogni tatto verso il cliente, sprovvista dei più semplici strumenti di misura tipici di negozio, si è dimostrata incapace di risolvere questo fatto. Non mi resta che andare in un laboratorio (dotato di calibro) e spendere altri 38 euro. Grazie, mai piu' nessun acquisto. Bad experience. After purchasing a used necklace I asked to modify one of my medals to change the ring which was too small for the necklace. I clearly asked for a 6mm ring. of internal diameter (shop without a simple caliber or hole size) after two weeks on 05.07.2017 the medal returns with a large and showy ring that does not allow the medal to rotate because it is too large. I point this out but the saleswoman (Barbara) tells me that it is a few millimeters more and that their laboratory has decided so. The next day (today 06.07.2017) after measuring at home with the caliber the ring which turns out to be over 9 millimeters, I phoned to ask to fix the ring the saleswoman refuses to satisfy my request to fix the ring that it had to be 6 millimeters and not 9. Basically "you took it and you keep it that way because I don't fix it so much". The order, in my opinion cold and devoid of any touch towards the customer, without the simplest measuring instruments typical of the shop, has proved unable to resolve this fact. I just have to go to a laboratory (equipped with a caliber) and spend another 38 euros. Thanks, never buy again.
