Entrati abbiamo chiesto consigli ad una commessa che prontamente con gentilezza e professionalità ci ha aiutato a comprare e abbinare giacca e pantalone e prese anche due camice .Devo dire che abbiamo trovato un buon assortimento con buoni prezzi e soprattutto spinti e incentivati dalla grazia della commessa Manuela ....grazie di tutto e ritorneremo....continuate così.' Ho comprato una giacca e il secondo giorno sono venuto a cambiare taglia e si sono rifiutati di farlo. solo perché ho perso la ricevuta. Mi chiedo in questa era della tecnologia dell'informazione, hanno richiesto un documento per trattare con i loro clienti. qualità molto bassa del servizio clienti. per un po 'ho pensato di non essere in Europa ma da qualche parte nei paesi del terzo mondo.
i was really disappointed with the service. very low quality of customer service they have. I bought a jacket and on the second day I came to change size and they refused to do it. just because I lost the receipt. I wonder in this age of information technology, they required a document to deal with their clients. very low quality of customer service. for a while i thought i was not in europe but somewhere in third world countries.
