β β β β β Personale disponibilissimo, parecchio attrezzato. Unico neo? Spazi molto ristretti tra gli apparecchi al punto che si fa fatica a camminare x raggiungere i macchinari
Extremely helpful staff, quite equipped. The only drawback? Very narrow spaces between the appliances to the point that it is hard to walk to reach the machines

Nice and well-equipped gym with trained and available trainers ... the only flaw maybe it's a bit too hot.

β β β β β Una palestra dove sentirti "in famiglia". Ottima soluzione dell'abbonamento "open" con cui si puΓ² frequentare sua la palestra sia i corsi senza limiti! Gli istruttori sono tutti bravi e simpatici. Io frequento spinning e sono convinta di aver trovato l'istruttore piΓΉ matto che esista ?, grande Paolo! Energia allo stato puro. Lo spinning Γ¨ musica e ritmo, carica fisica e mentale e allo stesso tempo allenamento potenziato al massimo di cui ho proprio bisogno. Ho provato anche lo yoga dinamico e ho conosciuto un'istruttrice bravissima, Elena, giovane ma con tanta esperienza, grande maturitΓ e consapevolezza nel trasmettere importanti concetti di vita tradotti nella disciplina dello yoga. Vasta scelta di corsi, per tutti i gusti ed etΓ !?
A gym where you can feel "in the family". Excellent solution of the "open" subscription with which you can attend both the gym and the courses without limits! The instructors are all good and nice. I attend spinning and I am convinced that I have found the craziest instructor that exists ?, great Paolo! Pure energy. Spinning is music and rhythm, physical and mental charge and at the same time enhanced training to the maximum that I really need. I also tried dynamic yoga and met a very good instructor, Elena, young but with a lot of experience, great maturity and awareness in transmitting important concepts of life translated into the discipline of yoga. Wide choice of courses, for all tastes and ages! ?
