Luca and his father Marco welcomed us and told us about the history and developments of the Fattoria di Palazzo Vecchio, first in the vineyards and then around the wine tasting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yum and tasty. Go with the 3 bottle tasting (you choose any 2 of the remaining 5): 1st is the Dogana vino rossi di Montepulciano DOC) and 'light' lunch. Light lunch consisting of 4 or 5 courses finishing with their amazing Vin Santo. She will also do vegetarian (since everything is homemade) and she is amazing in the kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing wine tour of Palazzo Vecchio, a highlight of the trip to Tuscany. Got to walk around the vines, see how it’s produced and most importantly a tasting. Lucca was a great host.
