F	Filippo Culpo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver confermato la prenotazione due mesi prima, a due giorni dal check in, nel pieno del mese di agosto, ci hanno cancellato la prenotazione perché la camera risultava “accidentalmente” prenotata da altri in precedenza, mettendo a serio repentaglio la nostra vacanza in Val D’Orcia (prenotazioni e noleggi già effettuati, mancanza di strutture e sovrapprezzi delle stesse). L’host ha cercato di rifilarci una struttura da tutt’altra parte (Due ore da Montepulciano) invece di proporcene una di pari livello nella stessa zona. Abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci per prenotare un’altra struttura, con un consistente sovrapprezzo, che l’Host non ha voluto rimborsarci, non riconoscendoci alcun danno ma solo il rimborso di quanto non abbiamo usufruito. Inutile aggiungere altro After confirming the reservation two months before, two days after check in, in the middle of August, they canceled our reservation because the room was "accidentally" booked by others previously, seriously jeopardizing our holiday in Val D'Orcia (reservations and rentals already made, lack of facilities and surcharges thereof). The host tried to give us a structure from a completely different place (Two hours from Montepulciano) instead of offering us one of the same level in the same area. We had to make arrangements to book another property, with a substantial surcharge, which the Host did not want to reimburse us, not recognizing us any damage but only reimbursement for what we did not use.
