★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our favourite hotel out of 8 hotels on our 3 week trip in Italy. You won’t be able to find better value anywhere else. Incredibly beautiful property, the sweeping views of Tuscany’s rolling hills will take your breath away. Great breakfast and the kindest hotel staff as well. Our favourite activity was renting a bike and enjoying the unforgettable countryside. We had a rental car and loved the location, the fact it wasn’t in the center of Montepulciano was a plus for us. Wish we stayed for longer, we will be returning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The + : the pool, the place, the atmosphere..
The - : Price of the food way too expensive for the quality. Food is made for tourists. 100€ for a diner for 2 that was not exceptionnal.
The room was very old with and a very old bathroom... definitely not what you would expect for a 3/4 stars hotel.

The location and the food was good and location is absolutely great!
The place just lack of organization discipline and professionalism from management!
The weeding cake was a separate gift for Bride and Groom, collected from separate Patisserie and not belong to the Place!
However when arrived the moment to collect what was left over… nobody knew where it was … i got few ideas ? but what was surprising was the answer i received…i have been difficult and meticulous ? no inquires made to the staff, no research done, the issue was just mine! Great example how custumers service MUST NOT BE done! Offensive unprofessional absolutely rude!
It’s a note to be just aware because honestly without this type of attitude the place could have such a potential!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were the only guests for a very late lunch and tried our luck after seeing the beautiful Borgo Tre Rose from the road. We could not have been made more welcome. Delicious food and a glass of their own excellent wine with very friendly professional service all topped off with a bella vista. Perfetto!?
