All'esterno vengono organizzati eventi culturali: concerti incontri tematici rassegne tipo: Sguardi laterali ecc. Il palazzo ospita anche l'ufficio turistico e nella zona si trova anche la biblioteca comunale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente ottimo recupero di questo edificio dell'800. Era andato in rovina dopo che era stato utilizzato come colonia per i figli dei dipendenti del Comune di Milano.
Really excellent recovery of this 19th century building. It had fallen into disrepair after it had been used as a colony for the children of the employees of the Municipality of Milan.
