Proprietario gentilissimo che nonostante non fosse presente era sempre disponibile al telefono. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Excellent well-kept and clean house. Convenient location one minute walk from the elephant fountain. Very kind owner who despite not being present was always available on the phone. We will definitely be back!

A	Andrea D'Orazio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + palazzo che si può definire d'epoca, accuratamente ristrutturato. + ottima posizione vicino alla piazza principale. + normalmente silenzioso, ma alla mattina dei giorni festivi aspettatevi qualche scampanata. + ambiente caratteristico e spazioso, anche se il colore viola dei muri non mi entusiasma. + buon wifi. + disponibilità del proprietario. + buon rapporto qualità / prezzo se prenotato in offerta. + la struttura ha ottime potenzialità ma manca la cura per alcuni dettagli che fanno la differenza. - pulizia variabile, perfetta per il bagno ma carente per i tavoli su cui ho trovato varie macchie e briciole... - materasso un po' troppo duro. - tavolo cucina scenografico ma decisamente non ergonomico (a meno di mangiare / lavorare in piedi, andrebbe corredato di sgabelli più bassi). - la persiana arrotolata della terrazza presenta vari "residui" lasciati dai piccioni, andrebbe smontata e lavata accuratamente. - le campane nei giorni festivi si sentono eccome. + a building that can be defined as a period building, carefully restored. + great location near the main square. + normally quiet, but expect a few bells in the mornings of public holidays. + characteristic and spacious environment, even if the purple color of the walls does not excite me. + good wifi. + availability of the owner. + good value for money when booked on offer. + the structure has excellent potential but there is a lack of attention to some details that make the difference. - variable cleaning, perfect for the bathroom but lacking for the tables on which I found various stains and crumbs ... - mattress a little too hard. - scenographic kitchen table but definitely not ergonomic (unless you eat / work standing up, it should be equipped with lower stools). - the rolled up shutter of the terrace has various "residues" left by the pigeons, it should be disassembled and washed carefully. - the bells are heard on holidays and how.

C	Costantino Scammacca del Murgo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The B&B is located in the center of the city of Catania, a few steps from Piazza Duomo and Piazza Università, the building is from the 1700s and has just been restored. I booked an apartment for 4 people with a kitchen, a mezzanine with a double bed and a terrace with a view of Etna. Rooms for two can also be booked. I really enjoyed visiting the city center, especially the fish market and Castello Ursino, both 5/10 minutes away on foot.
E	Euan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. Beautiful building currently undergoing renovation, but still very quiet even during the day. Cold AC, very clean, good water pressure, elevators in both buildings. Great location. Very pleasant easy-going owner. Fantastic location.
