G	Giorgio Brindisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura fantastica, restauro che ha recuperato un momento di storia del borgo alla fruizione di tutti, meno male che ci sono persone, in questo caso uno svizzero, che investono internazionalmente fiutando l'affare che non vedonoi locali, l'immobile era destinato ad un decadimento irreversibile dovuto dal tempo, dobbiamo tutti noi salentini ringraziare chi ha investito, sembrerebbe 20.000.000 di euro, per questa attività creando posti di lavoro e opportunità di fare cultura sul territorio. E' inutile dire che è fantastico il luogo in cui si è accolti, è perfetto. Capisco che le preparazioni del ristorante possano non incontrare la soddisfazione di tutti, ognuno ha i propri gusti ma bollarle come mal fatte mi sembra dovuto per voler trovare un difetto ad ogni costo, tutto nell'insieme è perfetto e di ottima qualità. Ho passato una serata magnifica in un luogo che non mi aspettavo di trovare. D	Doc 24 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La "novità" dell'estate ostunese, frutto di un lavoro di accurata e raffinata ristrutturazione, che ha trasformato il vecchio Cinema Roma in qualcosa di notevolmente diverso. Palazzo Roma, infatti, si presenta sia come un cinema/teatro/centro congressi, ma anche come un ristorante/bar decisamente particolari. Se la parte all'aperto risulta piacevole, ma, tutto sommato abbastanza tradizionale è la parte all'interno della sala teatro/cinematografica a riservare le maggiori sorprese. Infatti sul palco è presente un grande bancone da bar con numerose poltrone. La parte riservata alla platea invece presenta poltroncine che possono scomparire completamente nel pavimento, permettendo una fruizione degli spazi molto flessibile. La galleria del cinema è stata trasformata anch'essa in uno spazio bar, ma decisamente più riservato. Insomma una iniziativa decisamente interessante che potrebbe contribuire a destagionalizzare il turismo ostunese, magari attraverso l'organizzazione di festival di cinema/teatro o altre iniziative culturali. PS Da non sottovalutare la posizione "strategica", confinante col Centro Storico, tra Piazza S Oronzo e lo "Stradone". In fact, on the stage there is a large bar counter with numerous armchairs. The part reserved for the stalls, on the other hand, has small armchairs that can disappear completely into the floor, allowing a very flexible use of the spaces. The cinema gallery has also been transformed into a bar space, but decidedly more reserved. In short, a decidedly interesting initiative that could contribute to seasonally adjust Ostuni tourism, perhaps through the organization of film / theater festivals or other cultural initiatives. PS The "strategic" position, bordering the historic center, between Piazza S Oronzo and the "Stradone" should not be underestimated.
I	Irene Lanz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cenato qui insieme al mio compagno per la prima volta dall'apertura del locale, c'eravamo già stati due volte per un aperitivo. Siamo originari di Ostuni quindi siamo stati un po' sorpresi da come è stato riorganizzato il nostro amato cinema Roma, ricco di ricordi di infanzia. Abbiamo ordinato due poke, una al polpo ed una al tonno. La quantità era giusta ed i gusti erano armoniosi. Unico problema, a mio avviso, che non mi ha fatto mettere cinque stelle è l'utilizzo del riso sushi nella poke, ha una consistenza inadeguata. Ho mangiato più volte poke in giro per l'Italia e viene utilizzato del normale riso che si sposa bene con le aggiunte che si fanno. Il personale è molto gentile e cordiale, attento ad ogni necessità. L'ambiente è ben curato. Consiglio i nachos di barbabietola con crema al bacon. I dined here with my partner for the first time since the opening of the restaurant, we had already been there twice for an aperitif. We are originally from Ostuni so we were a little surprised by how our beloved cinema Rome, full of childhood memories, has been reorganized. We ordered two pokes, one with octopus and one with tuna. The quantity was right and the tastes were harmonious. The only problem, in my opinion, that didn't make me put five stars is the use of sushi rice in the poke, it has an inadequate consistency. I have eaten poke several times around Italy and normal rice is used which goes well with the additions that are made. The staff is very polite and friendly, attentive to every need. The environment is well cared for. I recommend the beetroot nachos with bacon cream.

Personale professionale e cortese. Il luogo è arredato in stile moderno e con classe. Peccato per la postazione regia scomoda e non ottimale per luci e suono. Nice lounge bar restaurant in Ostuni. It also hosts shows, concerts, recitals. Excellent technical equipment both audio and lights. Professional and courteous staff. The place is furnished in a modern and classy style. Too bad for the uncomfortable direction station and not optimal for lights and sound.
