T	Tony Roma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palazzo antico, classico portone immenso che quando apri,si apre la porticina minuscola,se avevo problemi di obesità dormivo fuori...nessun contatto con la host,colazione con merendine scadenti e capsula di caffè, NON ADATTO A PERSONE CON PROBLEMI DI MOBILITA in quanto il portone è stretto e bisogna salire varie scale alte,parcheggio inesistente Ancient building, classic immense door that when you open, the tiny door opens, if I had obesity problems I slept outside ... no contact with the host, breakfast with poor snacks and coffee capsule, NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS in when the door is narrow and you have to climb several high stairs, parking does not exist

Non è stata di nostro gradimento la colazione, piuttosto misera, il balcone, sporco e il fatto che sul sito ci fosse scritto che il pagamento sarebbe avvenuto in struttura, quando in realtà hanno chiesto un pagamento online e, in un tempo ristretto. I would say good value for money. We enjoyed the hospitality, the cleanliness of the room and the location in which the B&B was located. We did not like the breakfast, rather poor, the balcony, dirty and the fact that on the site it was written that the payment would take place in the structure, when in reality they asked for a payment online and, in a short time.

Sulla prenotazione c era scritto che il check out si poteva effettuare dalle 7 alle 11 del mattino I toni sono stati scortesi e accesi Quando la signora è venuta ha detto che dovevamo fare presto perché era di fretta Che professionalità è questa? The structure is average, usual building used for the reception I found whoever answered my phone extremely rude There was no reception At 7.30 am I called because I had to check out and was told that I had to wait for 8.30 because a lady had to arrive. On the reservation it was written that the check out could be done from 7 to 11 in the morning The tones were rude and heated When the lady came she said we had to hurry as she was in a hurry What professionalism is this?

However, given the fact it is not a hotel, yet rather a room rental service, upon arrival you might wind up waiting in front of the gate for someone to arrive and let you in. Palazzo Introna had been informed about my approximate time of arrival when making a booking, yet on the spot there was nobody to receive us in the given timeframe. They had indeed tried to contact me to follow up, yet when one is on holiday, one can simply be offline. And, so I ended up calling them nervously upon my arrival. A male voice on the phone was very concrete, yet I would say he hung up too quickly without saying 'I am sorry for the inconvenience'. Giovanna, a lady who appeared to let us in, was kind and helpful though. The palazzo itself is unique, and this experience also could be one if there was a real reception and a real breakfast offered. Since there were no other guests, we ended up being completely alone in this majestic palazzo what undeniably made us feel a bit awkward. The breakfast was very basic, yet enough given the price paid. Those guests who want to enjoy a real Italian breakfast though should visit a corner café just in front of the palazzo. The room was spacious and clean. My request to prepare two separate beds was granted. Overall, a good experience and value for money.
S	Sergio Tota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked two rooms as we had a wedding nearby. It was August 2021 so 40 degrees. When we arrived there they said that Room #2 just had the AC broken the night before but there were no signs that an AC was ever there. They said that a painter came to remove all the AC and repaint everything. Clearly a lie as the room didn't have the AC but tried to play a game. We left and found a better and more honest place. Totally unprofessional, stay away from them.
