★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande disponibilità del personale in sala, purtroppo tutta questa disponibilità non può cambiare il quadro di ciò che ho mangiato. Onestamente non ci tornerei mai per nessun motivo. Mangiare del salmone e provare il sapore di una fettina ai ferri è qualcosa di unico. La maggior parte del personale ai tavoli sprovvista di mascherina.
Great availability of the staff in the dining room, unfortunately all this availability cannot change the picture of what I ate. I honestly would never go back for any reason. Eating salmon and tasting the flavor of a grilled slice is something unique. Most of the staff at the tables without a mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso parlare solo in merito alla parte ristoratrice. Il cibo è di qualità, le quantità abbondanti. Le tre stelle sono dovute al servizio molto confusionario e al comportamento dei camerieri in sala. Nello specifico non ritengo sia proficuo o idoneo riprendere un proprio sottoposto davanti ai clienti. Sarebbe più da signori scusarsi con il cliente e riprendere il camerire in disparte o in un secondo momento.
I can only speak about the restorative part. The food is of quality, abundant quantities. The three stars are due to the very confusing service and the behavior of the waiters in the dining room. Specifically, I do not think it is profitable or suitable to take back one's subordinate in front of clients. It would be more gentlemen to apologize to the customer and resume the room on the sidelines or at a later time.
