★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a noticeable skin disease (in my case it’s psoriasis), don’t stay at this hotel. I’ve been told by the manager that a guest (a doctor) complained about my red spots. The doctor said it’s transmittable so it’s not allowed to be in the swimming pool. I proposed to the manager to let the doctor examine and make a better judgement, but the manager declined it because there are more guests complaining.
Because of this situation I am not feeling welcome or comfortable. The way how the manager handled is very disappointing and disrespectful.
If people with psoriasis are not allowed to swim, it has to be written in your policy. In that case a guest with psoriasis will have a choice to stay or not to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly personnel , nice place ,great rooms and fine beds ,but the food at the restaurant is a nightmare plus they pay no attention to do not disturb sign you leave on the door knob. Have nt tried the spa but the pool could be fun i guess, if the weather allows you to use it,could go back i really have to...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect hotel, proper breakfast, very clean. Staff is very friendly. Free parking. The only minus - they lost my sons passport....said that we have never given it to them, though we gave ... The passport was found by them in about 20 min. But it was a huge stress for us. It was time of our check out. We got no appologies. Dont leave your documents at the reception during your stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad stayed here during my sister's wedding and we recently stayed here again while visiting her. It honestly felt like a 5-star hotel. The rooms were incredible, the amenities were great, and the hotel breakfast/bar/cafe were out of this world (and we'd been in Italy for a week at this point). Would stay her again in a heartbeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought the hotel was great. Located 10 minutes on foot from a very nice town and has good parking facilities. The rooms are very large with great finishes and the beds super comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately we could not use the spa as there was a reservation system due to covid and it was very popular.
