Im Jahr 1809 mit neoklassizistischen Fassaden nach dem Vorbild der römischen Architektur umgebaut, hat es ein Portal mit Rundbogen, das von einem Balkon mit einer gestützten Balustrade überragt wird durch zwei Paare gekoppelter Säulen mit glattem Schaft und Kapitell, die dem dorischen Stil zuzuordnen sind.
Currently owned by the Lucifero family, its existence is known as early as 1699. Rebuilt in 1809 with neoclassical facades based on the model of Roman architecture, it has a portal with a round arch, which is surmounted by a balcony with a supported balustrade by two pairs of coupled columns with a smooth shaft and capital, which can be assigned to the Doric style.
