It should be better kept and the statue of Pythagoras should be placed in the center and the ancient pavement and lots of greenery must be restored.

Piazza Pitagora is the heart of Crotone, the connecting point between the walled city and the consolidated city. It is the fulcrum of life, a junction from which the promenade, the cathedral basilica, the historic center and the Piazza della Resistenza, (with town hall) and of course the promenade can be reached.
