Oggi la sua funzione è in forte ribasso, in attesa di nuova gestione della grande struttura; già sede del Seminario Vescovile e solo più tardi, perché destinato a funzione diversa, venne chiamato Palazzo del Vignola, in omaggio al celebre architetto che eresse il bel portale d'ingresso.
Until a few years ago, it has been home to exhibitions, conferences, festivals and various events. Today its function is falling sharply, awaiting new management of the large structure; Formerly the seat of the Episcopal Seminary and only later, because it was intended for a different function, was it called Palazzo del Vignola, in homage to the famous architect who erected the beautiful entrance portal.
