Immerso in pieno centro storico napoletano tra vicoli e Vicoletti ricchi di botteghe coloratissime e un gran colpo d occhio trovarsi davanti ad un palazzo così bello con un immenso cortile d epoca. Un consiglio se vi trovate in zona visitatelo anche quando fa buio perché la sua illuminazione rievoca molto il 500 napoletano

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si trova fuori porta Cuma, attualmente non esistente, e fuori delle mura greche ad ovest della cattedrale di Santa Chiara, in una zona che fu alluvionata nel 1500, la zona dei banchi nuovi ed essendo su di un'altura da questo palazzo si poteva vedere il mare. Il palazzo ha una struttura elegante rinascimentale ad archi in piperno, l'autore è ignoto, ma si sa che il Sanfelice ha eseguito la loggetta verso il mare con notevole maestria e la ha saputa legare architettonicamente alla precedente struttura.
It is located outside the Cuma gate, which does not currently exist, and outside the Greek walls to the west of the cathedral of Santa Chiara, in an area that was flooded in 1500, the area of the new benches and being on a hill from this palace could be seen the sea.
