Функцията си на частна резиденция сградата е запазила и до днес, като голяма роля в това отношение е изиграла Анина Моросини, която прави двореца място за срещи на благородници, художници и политици: дори и Кайзер Вилхелм II е гостувал тук. Сградата е четириетажна, в готически стил. Има два централно разположени портала, отворени директно на Канале Гранде.
The palace was built in the 15th century as the residence of the noble Morosini family. The building has retained its function as a private residence to this day, with Anina Morosini playing a major role in this regard, making the palace a meeting place for nobles, artists and politicians: even Kaiser Wilhelm II visited here. The building has four floors, in Gothic style. There are two centrally located portals, open directly on the Grand Canal.
