Impossibile prendere biglietti online, i link non funzionano.
Ho chiamato, squilla ma non risponde nessuno.
Sono andata di persona… CHIUSO.
Peccato che A) online ci siano ancora le locandine, B) almeno sul sito avrebbero potuto scrivere qualcosa, C) o lasciare una risposta automatica al telefono… se proprio non c’è nessuno che risponda e D) perché lasciare un numero di cellulare staccato come riferimento sul portone? Ma poi… un museo importante di Palermo che chiude e per tutto lascia un foglietto scritto a mano attaccato alla porta? Ma dove siamo???????

I called, it rings but no one answers.
I went in person ... CLOSED.
Too bad that A) there are still posters online, B) at least on the site they could have written something, C) or left an automatic answer on the phone ... if there really is no one to answer and D) why leave a mobile number disconnected as a reference on the door? But then ... an important museum in Palermo that closes and leaves a handwritten note stuck to the door for everything? But where are we ???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antico palazzo a piazza Pretoria, detta anche della vergogna per la storia delle statue che vi consiglio di approfondire. I soffitti sono stupendi mentre il resto non è di grande interesse. Ospita mostre in genere. Al mento c'è una poco interessante esposizione virtuale su Van Gogh.
Ancient palace in Piazza Pretoria, also called of shame for the history of the statues that I recommend you to investigate. The ceilings are gorgeous while the rest are not of much interest. It hosts exhibitions in general. At the chin there is an uninteresting virtual exhibition on Van Gogh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because I am a big fan of this extraordinary Leonardo da Vinci, this exhibition was a must. The disappointment about these very few (we were through after a generous half hour) reproductions, without drawings and little information in English and many more in Italian, was very big.
The entrance fee is not justified.
I recommend not to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mostly replicas, no originals, a lot of texts everywhere with no translation available (asked at the reception for some leaflet but nothing).. very disappointing and overpriced for what it is. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Odyssey exhibit. It was very disappointing. It was all poorly done replicas of art with no originals. The information was subpar and often just pure speculation. It was also all in Italian.
For almost double the price of most local museums it was frankly a bit of a grift.
