Excellent product, a real quality. I bought an insertion stove: it heats quickly and is aesthetically beautiful. The only flaw, the long waiting times, but I think it was for the period. Top machine !!

The products look good, a great experience but .. guys .. do you have any sales people or random people? I'm going to get a quote for a fireplace sa 2500 € and I am followed closely! If I were the manager I would give the staff a good check ..

Per farla funzionare in modo accettabile
Ho chiesto che mi fosse sostituita con una altra meno taroccata mi è stato risposto che passata la festa gabbato lo santo.
Un mio consiglio tenetevi alla larga da questo marchio piuttosto andate in qualche brico troverete stufe migliori a molto meno.

To make it work acceptably
I asked that it be replaced with another less fake one. I was told that after the feast the saint was duped.
My advice keep away from this brand rather go somewhere you will find better stoves for much less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a BBQ (wood) last year and we are very dissatisfied with purchase and service. On the initial BBQ the paint came off on the outside and also on the inside where food was cooking. Spoke to salesperson who agreed to exchange for another. The second BBQ that we were given was not exactly brand new. It has touchups etc... So far we have only used it once to grill fish therefore have not experienced paint problems yet.
