Esperienza da incubo
Ordinato prodotto a inizio marzo consegna stimata entro 10 giorni
Sono passati mesi ad ogni telefonata la risposta ere la chiamiamo fra 10 minuti o entro sera
Cosa mai avvenuta
Arrivato materiale ho fatto notare che aveva dei difetti risposta( mai successo)
Andato per spiegazione trattato con superficialità e con evidente fastidio dei dipendenti
Deciso comunque è saldare il conto mi rispondono che mi avrebbero chiamato per farmi uno sconto per i disagi arrecati ( ok forse non sono così male)
Mai chiamato in compenso una bella richiesta di sollecito di pagamento
MA COME NON MI AVETE DETTO VOI DI ASPETTARE
Chiamato varie volte per spiegazione (naturalmente ti richiamiamo)MAI RICHIAMATO

L’ ufficio amministrativo non concede sconti
Si parla di prodotti che sono di 300 euro circa a mq
Comunque ho saldato il mio debito poiché in questa storia la persona onesta sono io
Ma la pubblicità di questa azienda dovrebbe essere:LASCIATE VOI CHE ENTRATE OGGI SPERANZA
SODISFATTI E MAI RIMBORSATI LA GARANZIA FINISCE QUANDO. USCTE DAI NOSTRI UFFICI
