Sono anni che passo a chiedere preventivi ma alla fine compro sempre da altre parti, non per il prezzo che è in linea con altri rivenditori, ma per i tempi biblici e l'indisposizione degli addetti alle vendite. Ho acquistato materiale con misure precise. Arrivato a casa ho notato che le misure erano errate. Il giorno dopo ritorno chiedendo reso o sostituzione: la sostituzione era impossibile visto che non forniscono la misura da me richiesta, reso non contemplato. Unica possibilità era un buono spendibile in 14 giorni, ma non avevo bisogno di nient'altro. Alla fine sono stato costretto a tenermi il materiale e pace. Ho scritto una Pec alla sede principale che non mi ha nemmeno risposto.. Non mi sono mai sentito trattato peggio! Bad customer service! E poi che dire di Carmen, concentrato di professionalità, competenze e suggerimenti, e per finire che non guasta mai la simpatia. La mia valutazione finale é 5/5 I highly recommend this shop, the attention to detail, the attention to the customer is really appreciated. Strategie dozzinali stile anni '80. La chicca poi è la cassa intasata per 25 minuti di attesa per pagare con l' impiegata che non si scusa e oltre a far passare avanti altre persone che erano in coda di ostina a giustificare un' organizzazione inqualificabile. Certamente non ci tornerò mai più, soprattutto per le forniture della mia azienda. Decisamente migliore di molti altri negozi che ho visitato e che nemmeno mi hanno degnato di attenzione. Review dopo 5 mesi : Se avete problemi dovete affidarvi alla pazienza perchè la velocità non è la loro virtù migliore. Peccato. Friendly and efficient staff.
