It is unacceptable, especially because it had to be perfect because it has passed the test and over 600 € have been paid! They are not reliable, too many waste of time, they do not give precise deadlines for the collection of the car so you never know when and if it will be ready .., high prices and the receptionists are not competent and are vague (they always reply that " they don't know and have to ask the mechanics ").

We brought a 2004 vehicle for a diagnosis on the engine warning light on (cost usually around 40/60 euros) and we found ourselves a toll of € 270 for disassembly and reassembly - no one knows what. They explain to me that they had done a lot of tests (washing injectors for diesel fuel leakage injectors, injector recovery check, rail pressure check, battery and crankcase removal for external diesel fuel supply) etc. After discussion I manage to reduce the bill to 320 euros, less they can not, They point out to me that thanks to them I have saved the money of a possible fine: they realized that the test had expired ... I recover the car and it goes worse than before (at 2000 rpm it goes out consistently and produces big black smoke, which it did not do before).
