In the old historic building is located the moto club i Ghibellini, where 2-wheel enthusiasts meet to get together on Thursdays with themed dinners and fun tournaments. Open to everyone even just to browse and have a beer.

Tre spiegazioni ipotetiche per il suo nome:presunti riti esoterici avvenuti al suo interno,oppure la clamorosa fuga delle truppe fiorentine e papali che 1526 attaccarono Siena scendendo dalla via Fiorentina nonostante la loro preponderanza numerica come se avessero visto dei diavoli,oppure prosaicamente il gioco di parole derivato da Turchi (il nome dei proprietari,visibile in alcune delle iscrizioni) e gli infedeli,quindi i diavoli. Nonostante il suo nome,ospito' però uno spedale per i pellegrini della Francigena ? ,e ha annessa la chiesa rinascimentale di S Maria degli Angeli. Purtroppo e' privato. Scendendo da via Fiorentina e piegando a destra verso strada di marciano (visibilità ridotta e marciapiede stretto:occhio alle auto) però e' possibile attraverso una viuzza sulla destra entrare in uno spazio da cui e' visibile il lato grossomodo sud ovest. Le parti intorno sono private,ma ci sono delle panchine poco lontane dove potersi rilassare e ammirarlo (E un albero di ?....) Interesting and underrated place. Born in 1300, expanded in 1400. Three hypothetical explanations for its name: presumed esoteric rites that took place inside it, or the sensational flight of the Florentine and papal troops who attacked Siena in 1526 descending from the Via Fiorentina despite their numerical preponderance as if they had seen devils, or prosaically the game of words derived from Turks (the name of the owners, visible in some of the inscriptions) and the infidels, hence the devils. Despite its name, it hosted a hospital for pilgrims on the Francigena ?, and annexed the Renaissance church of S Maria degli Angeli. Unfortunately, it's private. Coming down from via Fiorentina and bending right towards strada di marciano (reduced visibility and narrow pavement: watch out for cars), however, it is possible through a lane on the right to enter a space from which the roughly southwest side is visible. The parts around are private, but there are some benches not far away where you can relax and admire it (And a tree of ? ....)
