Non sono assolutamente in grado di accogliere il flusso di persone. Sono entrato alle 10:30, mi sono coricato sul lettino per la donazione alle 13:30, dopo 3 ore di attesa! Anche il servizio di prenotazione è inutile, quando ho prenotato ho atteso "solo" due ore.. Mi spiace, ma il mio tempo è prezioso, se voi non sapete cosa farvene, troverò un'altra struttura... Donor since 1990, I went to the Policlinico dal San Raffaele when I moved to Milan. Yesterday I made my sixth and last donation. I am absolutely unable to accommodate the flow of people. I entered at 10:30, I went to bed on the donation bed at 13:30, after 3 hours of waiting! Even the booking service is useless, when I booked I waited "only" two hours .. I'm sorry, but my time is precious, if you don't know what to do with it, I'll find another structure ...

Segnalo a malincuore che presso questa struttura mi sono visto rifiutare, al momento della visita per la donazione, un esame del sangue aggiuntivo, prescritto dal mio medico di base, in quanto, secondo la Dottoressa Berzuini non era necessario e sarebbe stata solo una spesa aggiuntiva per la struttura in cui, ha tenuto a sottolineare ha una carica molto alta, mettendo chiaramente in dubbio la professionalità e competenza del mio medico di base. Assolutamente favorevole alla donazione che è un atto di amore incondizionato verso gli altri ma, ma purtroppo non al policlinico, bensì in una struttura che abbia più cura, rispetto e amore verso i propri donatori. La dottoressa Lorella e tutto lo staff, nonostante il numero elevato di donatori, riescono a rimanere di buon umore e a farti sentire nel posto giusto al momento giusto. Grazie!! Purtroppo, a differenza delle assistenti presenti durante la donazione, devo dire che con il passare degli anni ho notato sensibile peggioramento della preparazione dei dottori presenti in reparto. Comunque continuerò a donare sangue presso il padiglione Marangoni, nella speranza che venga presa in considerazione questa mia denuncia. Oggi il mio parcheggio dava fastidio. Non essendoci troppo spazio riparcheggio posto moto occupando 2 di essi, premetto cosa che la stessa custode ha permesso ad altri (forse suoi amici?) Sorvoliamo. Oggi mi sono messo io. Ore 7:45 appuntamento ore 8:00 finalmente tocca a me per il prelievo arriva è mi intima di spostare l'auto. Tocca a me faccio notare ma purtroppo non era importante il mio sangue ma il posteggio. Quindi a malincuore non verrò MAI PIÙ, tutto è dovuto oltre al sangue anche il mio tempo che sottraggo al mio lavoro.Se come mi è stato detto necessitano di sangue ma alla fine meglio spostare l'auto. . . Da qualche anno esiste anche l'associazione di atletica leggera dei donatori del policlinico. I usually give in this structure and I never had any problems. The staff is friendly and talkative and even the volunteers they assist are really nice. For some years there has also been the association of athletics for polyclinic donors.

Ho avuto un piccolo calo di pressione dopo la donazione e le infermiere sono state grandiose! Grazie di tutto! Sempre con il sorriso sulla bocca, e, ora, in periodo di covid, con gli occhi sorridenti visto che la mascherina copre parte del volto, mettono sempre tutti a proprio agio. Purtroppo non posso dire altrettanto di alcuni medici, scontrosi e burberi (Non voglio riportare i nomi), che stonano paurosamente in un contesto di donazione al prossimo e per il prossimo ... ho fatto circa una 30entina di donazioni nella mia vita (gruppo 0 RH Neg) sempre e solo al Marangoni (anche se non vicinissimo a casa) proprio per il bel ambiente che ho sempre respirato ...ma se non lo dovessi respirare più, credo che mi rivolgerei altrove. Spero proprio di non doverlo fare, spero che questa mia recensione faccia meditare; dopo tutto un sorriso migliora la giornata di chi lo riceve ma soprattutto di chi lo dona ? Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about some doctors, grumpy and gruff (I don't want to bring back the names), who are frighteningly out of tune in a context of donation to others and for the next ... I have made about 30 or so donations in my life (group 0 RH Neg) always and only at Marangoni (even if not very close to home) because of the beautiful environment I have always breathed ... but if I didn't have to breathe it anymore, I think I would turn elsewhere. I really hope I don't have to, I hope this review of mine makes you think; after all, a smile improves the day of those who receive it but above all of those who give it ?
