L	Luisa Fernanda Zapata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo quindici messi di dolore posteriore a intervento chirurgico della schiena fatto al esteri sono arrivata al ambulatorio di neurochirurgia dell'ospedale Policlinico di Milano pabillion Monteggia dove sono stata accolta con la cordialità e sapienza della dottoressa Manuela Caroli,chi dopo esami riguroso ha proposto intervento chirurgico. Quasi inmediatamente sono stata chiamata per gli esami pre operatorio e il 24 giugno sono stata operata per il dottore Stefano Borsa. Chirurgia importante,delicatissima di sei ore di durata. Ho avuto delle complicazioni post chirurgiche che sono state inmediatamente risolte. Durante la ospitalizzazione ho potuto comprovare la alta qualita a tutti niveli della squadra di Medici e infermieri a chi sarò grata per tutta la vita. Sto benissimo senza dolore assolutamente e domani andrò a casa con fisioterapia ambulatoria..Il mio incubo e finito Soltanto posso apprezzare il altissimo nivel scientifico altro che la qualità umana di Medici e infermieri Credo assolutamente che la patologie di ernia del disco a qualsiasi nivelo deve essere trattato per Neurochirurgia e non per Ortopedia. Ringrazio immensamente alla dottoressa Manuela Caroli e al dottore Stefano Borsa a chi auguro ogni bene. Anche se una delle finestre della mia stanza era quasi rotta, la stanza era ampia e pulita. Gli infermieri (soprattutto quello che mi ha trovato una pappa di mela da mangiare alle 4 del mattino dopo più di 24 ore senza potere mangiare per l'intervento) sono stati tutti molto amabili. Il cibo mi è sembrato buono... purtroppo, io non potevo scegliere quello che volevo per la mia condizione (naso rotto e ferita al livello delle gengive). Sono stata 4 giorni del quale 1 sono stata senza compagna di stanza...non mi sentivo per niente a disaggio. Mi sento fortunata di essere stata portata al policlinico. Purtroppo (o meglio, meno male perché penso tornare mai più a un'ospedale, "toccando ferro") non conosco gli altri reparti ma queste mi è sembrato buono. Sono stato ricoverato in chirurgia polmonare, poiché dopo, una TAC mi hanno evidenziato un nodulo polmonare, portato in sala, ma il nodulo non c’era. In gastro enterologia per celiachia, ma celiachia non c’era. Poi mi volevano operare perché i surreni secondo loro non funzionavano più; ma con una cura di cortisone il surrene ne produce di più; adesso sono perplesso andare in questo ospedale! Ma manca la ricerca e la dedizione al paziente! It is a large hospital, with many departments.
