Commessa gentile mi dice che mi richiamerà il proprietario. Mai più sentiti. Andate altrove, tanto i prodotti sono tutti gli stessi e, almeno nel mio caso, non avevo bisogno di grande assistenza. Same brand same type on the internet at the exact half of the price. Called to see if by chance they were wrong. Kind order tells me that the owner will call me back. Never heard again. Go elsewhere, so the products are all the same and, at least in my case, I did not need much assistance.

Ho trovato gli stessi prodotti su internet e in altri negozi a molto meno addirittura a 35€ in meno. Non dico nulla ma non credo mi vedranno ancora , con tutte le ortopedie anche rinomate che ci sono a Milano...fanno così solo perchè vicino al Gaetano Pini. I purchased products in this store immediately after my daughter's visit from solving the problem. I found the same products on the internet and in other stores for as little as € 35 less. I don't say anything but I don't think they will see me again, with all the well-known orthopedics that are in Milan ... they do so just because they are close to Gaetano Pini.

Io ho comperato diverse cose, plantari perché sto in piedi tutto il giorno ma ho avuto modo di sperimentare anche guaine post operatorie e ho provato le loro scarpe. Tutto fatto per la nostra salute e cura del corpo. Una mia amica mi ha parlato benissimo delle ginocchiere Don Joy. Ciabatte da piscina e costumi mare. Anche deambulatori modernissimi......ho una nonna di 93 anni che lo usa. Consigliatissimo é la signora Sebastiana una delizia con polso. Here is finally a place with real professionals. I bought several things, orthotics because I stay up all day but I also got to experience post-operative sheaths and tried their shoes. All done for our health and body care. A friend of mine told me very well about Don Joy knee pads. Pool slippers and beach costumes. Even very modern walkers ...... I have a 93 year old grandmother who uses it. Highly recommended is Mrs Sebastiana a delight with a wrist.

Ho trovato in Bruno un ragazzo preparato , cortese e molto disponibile che in 24 ore mi ha messo a disposizione tutto l occorrente indispensabile al benessere di mia madre una volta tornata a casa compresa una fantastica poltrona elettrica che l aiuta nella alzate e nelle sedute ; consegna a domicilio con puntualità Svizzera in meno di 24 h . Un gran servizio ed un negozio di alta professionalità che raccomando a tutti quelli che ne avranno necessità . I found in Bruno a prepared, courteous and very helpful boy who in 24 hours made available to me everything necessary for my mother's well-being once she returned home including a fantastic electric chair that helps her in getting up and sitting; Swiss punctual home delivery in less than 24 h. Mi sono rivolta a questo negozio dovendo comprare con urgenza una fascia elastica addominale, modello particolare, per mio marito in ospedale. Non avendo l'articolo preciso in negozio, sono andati subito a prenderlo in magazzino. Purtroppo la misura non era adatta alla corporatura, ma la signorina gentilissima ha contattato personalmente altri negozi simili trovando oltretutto nelle vicinanze quanto cercavo. Non è stato un aiuto banale perchè ne avevo estrema urgenza e mio marito stava male. Li ringrazio ancora. great help and great kindness. Not having the exact item in the shop, they immediately went to pick it up in the warehouse. Unfortunately, the size was not suitable for the body size, but the very kind young lady personally contacted other similar shops and found what I was looking for in the vicinity. It was not a trivial help because I had extreme urgency and my husband was sick. I thank them again.
