"Sono sempre stupita dalla mancanza di sensibilità dei pazienti, vista la gravità della situazione di suo padre" (lui non era al corrente). Pazienti abbandonati. Alcuni infermieri gentili, altri con comportamenti che non ti aspetteresti, perlomeno al San Raffaele. After a week watching my father, the nurse finds me sitting on the bed. "I am always amazed by the lack of sensitivity of the patients, given the seriousness of his father's situation" (he was not aware). Abandoned patients. Some kind nurses, others with behaviors you wouldn't expect, at least at San Raffaele.

Sopratutto lo staff medico gentile, umano, empatico e professionale. Esami e medicina all'avanguardia. Non posso dire nulla se non ringraziare. I was hospitalized a year ago for a week on the first floor of the Dimer. Despite invasive and difficult tests, I found doctors and nurses to be faultless. Above all, the kind, humane, empathetic and professional medical staff. State-of-the-art examinations and medicine. I can't say anything but thank you.
W	Woman Today on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei ringraziare di cuore il personale medico e infermieristico di questo presidio che in un momento simile di tensione a livello sanitario, ha dedicato la massima attenzione a curare una paziente con sclerosi multipla offrendo possibilità di ritardare l'evoluzione e migliorare lo stato della situazione. Ringrazio soprattutto la dr.ssa Moiola e il dr. Nozzolillo per aver preso a cuore e discusso la mia situazione. Sapere che nonostante la grave pandemia qualcuno ha a cuore anche il benestare dei pazienti cronici con patologie invalidanti è una vera boccata di aria fresca e speranza. Ringrazio anche tutte le infermiere che ogni giorno fanno il loro lavoro con il sorriso sulle labbra e una buona parola per ogni loro paziente. I would like to sincerely thank the medical and nursing staff of this hospital who, in a similar moment of tension at the health level, dedicated the utmost attention to treating a patient with multiple sclerosis by offering the possibility of delaying the evolution and improving the state of the situation. I especially thank dr.ssa Moiola and dr. Nozzolillo for taking to heart and discussing my situation. Knowing that despite the serious pandemic someone also cares about the approval of chronic patients with disabling diseases is a real breath of fresh air and hope. I also thank all the nurses who do their work every day with a smile on their face and a good word for each of their patients.

Un reparto di lungodegenza che si occupa di diverse patologie e che raccoglie anche pazienti provenienti da altri reparti o dal Pronto Soccorso. Disorganizzato, caotico, un via vai di giovani specializzandi a cui vengono per lo più affidati i pazienti anziani, come mai? Infermieri, non tutti ma troppi, svogliati e demotivati. Pazienti allettati anche quando non indispensabile, "per sicurezza". Scarsa igiene. Cibo tremendo. Disumanizzante. Si entra per guarire, se ne esce a pezzi.. Department of metabolic medicine and diabetology, second floor Dimer. A long-term care ward that deals with various pathologies and that also collects patients from other departments or from the Emergency Department. Disorganized, chaotic, a coming and going of young trainees who are mostly entrusted to elderly patients, why? Nurses, not all but too many, listless and unmotivated. Bedridden patients even when not essential, "for safety". Poor hygiene. Terrible food. Dehumanizing. You enter to heal, you come out in pieces ..
A	Alessandro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In primo luogo devo esprimere il mio disappunto per alcune recensioni che precedono la mia, persone che valutano un ospedale con medici, infermieri e tante altre persone sulla base del parcheggio. Spero che queste recensioni vengano rimosse al più presto Ho visto dare due stelle perchè il parcheggio è troppo caro. Trovo questi comportamenti folli. Il dimer è un luogo ben gestito con zone comuni veramente accoglienti. l'aria condizionata andrebbe rivista, non funziona benissimo. First of all I must express my disappointment for some reviews that precede mine, people who evaluate a hospital with doctors, nurses and many other people based on the parking lot. I hope these reviews will be removed as soon as possible I saw two stars because parking is too expensive. I find these behaviors crazy. The dimer is a well managed place with really welcoming common areas. the air conditioning should be reviewed, it doesn't work very well.

Disumanizzante dice qualcuno, alienante aggiungerei io, una esperienza che mio padre ricorda ancora come un incubo. Peccato perché i medici, così come alcune eccezioni del personale, lavorano in modo serio, a differenza di altri che mancano totalmente di tatto e umanità. Spero che questa situazione possa cambiare. I read recent reviews that unfortunately report the same vicissitudes experienced a year ago and I am fully regret it. Some say dehumanizing, I would add alienating, an experience that my father still remembers as a nightmare. Too bad because doctors, as well as some exceptions of the staff, work in a serious way, unlike others who are totally lacking in tact and humanity. I hope this situation can change.
