Come prima cosa chiamo il servizio clienti della Cisl, chiedo il costo del 730 e mi viene risposto dalle 30 euro alle 100, in base alla fascia di reddito. Chiedo mi venga inviato l'elenco dei documenti utili da presentare e dopo aver dato il mio indirizzo email all'operatrice, quest'ultima non procede all'invio. Primo disservizio.
Dopo aver prenotato, questa mattina alle 9:25 (appuntamento ore 9:30) mi presento presso l'ufficio di via Berra 6, mi presento e l'impiegato mi dice che il mio appuntamento è per le 10 e non per le 9:30, gli mostro la mail e mi dice che é stranissima questa incongruenza. Mi dice che avrebbe indagato su questo disservizio, lasciandomi fuori per 20 minuti senza degnarsi di dirmi qualcosa, sin quando non decido di suonare e m'informano che prima era previsto un altro cliente, non mancando di ribadire quanto fosse "strano" il disguido dell'appuntamento.
Finalmente riesco ad essere ricevuto da un'impiegata, che mi dice che le tariffe della Cisl per il 730 vanno dalle 60 alle 130 euro, cifre ben diverse da quelle indicatemi dal servizio clienti. Ho quindi evitato di spendere 90 euro per la compilazione della dichiarazione, per la quale generalmente sono utili appena 15-20 minuti. Unica nota positiva l'onestà dell'ultima impiegata. Non mi rivolgerò più a nessun ufficio Cisl.
To avoid. Bad experience
First, I call the CISL customer service, I ask for the cost of 730 and I am answered from 30 to 100, based on the income bracket. I ask that the list of useful documents to be sent to me be sent and after having given my email address to the operator, the latter does not proceed with the sending. First disservice.
After booking, this morning at 9:25 (appointment at 9:30) I introduce myself at the office in via Berra 6, I introduce myself and the employee tells me that my appointment is for 10 and not for 9: 30, I show him the email and he tells me that this inconsistency is very strange. He tells me that he would investigate this disservice, leaving me out for 20 minutes without deigning to tell me something, until I decide to play and inform me that another client was previously expected, not failing to reiterate how "strange" the 'appointment.
Finally I manage to be received by an employee, who tells me that the CISL rates for the 730 range from 60 to 130 euros, very different figures from those indicated to me by customer service. I therefore avoided spending 90 euros for completing the return, for which generally only 15-20 minutes are useful. The only positive note is the honesty of the last employee. I will no longer turn to any CISL office.
