★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per un piccolo dolore cervicale, mi hanno suggerito di fare una sessione con il macchinario basato sul calore ma dopo la sessione la situazione è peggiorata molto, ed ora dopo due giorni sono ancora col collo bloccato e dolente
I went for a little neck pain, they suggested I do a session with the heat-based machine but after the session the situation got much worse, and now after two days I am still with my neck stuck and sore

Sono cordiali e se possono vanno nei particolari del problema
Ovviamente spero di non averne bisogno ma se capita andrei ancora da loro

They are friendly and go into the details of the problem if they can
Of course I hope I don't need it but if it happens I would go to them again

Non mi sembra vero, mi sento rinata! Grazie infinite Davide! God bless you!
Bravo, competent, available = Davide, the physiotherapist.Finally, after years of visits and various ineffective therapies, I find a center where the physiotherapist in two sessions managed to make me pass the acute pain I had in my shoulder. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato questo centro per mio padre, anziano di 86 anni completamente bloccato con la schiena. I tempi del SSN sono troppo lunghi e ha bisogno di recuperare autosufficienza in seguito a una caduta. Mi hanno dato un appuntamento a 7 giorni iorni che già mi sembravano tanti, ma dopo qualche giorno mi hanno richiamata per spostarlo di altri 7 giorni. A niente sono valse le mie insistenze per non allungare ulteriormente i tempi.Ho annullato e chiamato l'officina del Corpo che si trova a pochi metri dal Centro Fisioterapico Martesana, dove ho trovato comprensione del problema, disponibilità Immediata, professionalità ed empatia. Personalmente diffido di chi, operando in campo sanitario, tratta i pazienti come 'semplici clienti' senza considerare lo stato di sofferenza in cui si trovano. Per quanto mi riguarda non mi rivolgerò mai più a loro.
I called this center for my father, who is 86 years old and completely blocked with his back. The times of the NHS are too long and he needs to recover self-sufficiency following a fall. They gave me an appointment for 7 days which already seemed a lot to me, but after a few days they called me back to move it another 7 days. My insistence not to extend the time further was worth nothing.I canceled and called the Body workshop which is located a few meters from the Martesana Physiotherapy Center, where I found understanding of the problem, immediate availability, professionalism and empathy. Personally I am wary of those who, working in the health sector, treat patients as 'simple customers' without considering the state of suffering in which they find themselves. As for me, I will never turn to them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato ricoverato all'Istituto Fisioterapico Gorla, per 15 giorni a seguito di un intervento di REVISIONE PROTESI GINOCCHIO DX.
Desidero Ringraziare tutto il personale sanitario per le cure prestate al sottoscritto durante il mio soggiorno per effettuare le sedute fisioterapiche, riabilitative.
Ringrazio in modo particolare la fisioterapista che mi ha seguito nel percorso di recupero di 15 giorni e mi ha permesso di raggiungere l'obbiettivo di flettere il ginocchio dx operato pari al 1115%, di cui conosco solo il nome Dottoressa Laura, a cui voglio comunicare che sto eseguendo ogni giorno gli esercizi appresi con Lei e mi sono procurato lo Skateboard e la Tavoletta di Legno.

I was hospitalized at the Gorla Physiotherapy Institute for 15 days following a REVISION OF THE RIGHT KNEE PROSTHESIS.
I would like to thank all the health personnel for the care provided to me during my stay to carry out the physiotherapy and rehabilitation sessions.
I especially thank the physiotherapist who followed me in the 15-day recovery path and allowed me to reach the goal of flexing the right knee operated by 1115%, of which I only know the name Doctor Laura, to whom I want to communicate that I am doing the exercises I learned with you every day and I got the Skateboard and the Wooden Board.
