★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...vado la prima volta e due delle signore si aggrediscono verbalmente perche una delle due voleva accendere il clima e l altra no.. Torno il giorno dopo...dopo mezz' ora d'attesa la signora che mi serve viene chiamata dalla collega..e dice che deve assentarsi..e visto che c'era si sarebbe presa un caffè. Se io, titolare di partita iva, prendessi gli stessi lussi, durerei poco. È vergognoso. Sono ancora allo sportello ed è sparita da 10 minuti. Che servizio triste.
... I go for the first time and two of the ladies are verbally attacking each other because one of them wanted to turn on the weather and the other didn't .. I'll be back the next day ... after half an hour of waiting the lady I need is called by my colleague ..and says he has to take time off .. and since there was, he would have taken a coffee. If I, the owner of a VAT number, take the same luxuries, I would not last long. It's shameful. I'm still at the counter and it's been gone for 10 minutes. What a sad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per prendere appuntamento alla fine del form chiede di inserire la targa. la inserisco ma mi dice che non esiste quindi niente prenotazione. E' ovvio che non esiste, devo venire ad iscrivere la nuova targa al Pra. Perche gli uffici italiani riescono a complicare una cosa semplicissima? Per telefono NO, per mail NO, quindi che si fa?
To make an appointment at the end of the form, ask to insert the plate. I insert it but it tells me that there is therefore no reservation. It is obvious that it doesn't exist, I have to come and register the new plaque at the Pra. Why are Italian offices complicating a very simple thing? By telephone NO, by email NO, so what do we do?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato online, ci hanno avvisato per mail su quando avrebbero reso disponibili i turni e sono stati davvero molto gentili. È il posto dove si spende meno in tutta la provincia per fare un passaggio di proprietà . Non si fa fila, si arriva quando è il proprio turno e trovi solo il personale del pra quindi si riduce al massimo il rischio covid
We booked online, they emailed us when the shifts would be available and they were really very kind. It is the place where you spend less in the whole province to make a change of ownership. You do not queue, you arrive when it is your turn and you only find the staff of the pra so the covid risk is minimized

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quasi 90 giorni per un appuntamento con gli uffici del pra! Uno schifo,alla fine mi hanno costretto a rivolgermi ad un agenzia pratiche auto che mi è costata 140euro
Almost 90 days for an appointment with the pra offices! A suck, in the end they forced me to go to a car practices agency which cost me 140euro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato il mio appuntamento online, una volta arrivati sul posto ho atteso l'ora precisa del mio turno ed ho trovato allo sportello un in piegata (Siciliana, credo!) che con estrema cordialità mi ha indirizzato alla mia pratica. Nel frattempo ho interpellato un dirigente per una vecchia pratica di demolizione che pendeva come ( una spada di Damocle..) sulle infinite pastoie burocratiche di un vecchio autocarro di famiglia, e magicamente con un giro di ricerche anagrafiche su registro automobilistico, ci ha consigliato la compilazione di una pratica per chiudere definitivamente "il caso". Se tutti gli uffici della pubblica amministrazione avessero tali figure a rappresentarne l'efficienza, non perderemmo meta' delle nostre vite in burocrazie farraginose e conflitti con personaggi ARROGANTI e ahimè a volte inpreparati e incapaci di risoluzioni semplicistico. SODDISFATTI E RIMBORSATI.

I booked my appointment online, once I arrived on the spot I waited for the exact time of my shift and I found at the counter a man in fold (Sicilian, I think!) Who with extreme cordiality directed me to my practice. In the meantime, I consulted an executive for an old demolition procedure that hung like (a sword of Damocles ...) on the endless bureaucratic shackles of an old family truck, and magically with a round of registry searches on the automobile register, he advised us to compilation of a file to definitively close "the case". If all public administration offices had such figures to represent their efficiency, we would not lose half of our lives in cumbersome bureaucracies and conflicts with ARROGANT characters and alas at times unprepared and incapable of simplistic resolutions. SATISFIED AND MONEY BACK.
