★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto per telefono alcune delucidazione inerenti l'immatricolazione di un carrello portabarca, ma l'addetto mi ha risposto che non poteva dirmi nulla, che dovevo recarmi all'ufficio. Preciso che volevo solo sapere i documenti che dovevo portare. Un po più di cortesia e sarei stato soddisfatto, costa tanto?

Gli sportelli sono aperti dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 8.30 alle 11.30 e il lunedì e il mercoledì dalle 15.00 alle 16.30. L'ufficio per esperienza personale è fattivo: mi hanno rimborsato dei versamenti fatti per errore, presso la Banca d'Italia

Arrivato la alle 9 per immatricolare un ciclomotore dopo aver consultato il sito e tentato invano di chiedere informazioni per telefono, vengo mandato in modo scortese da sportello a sportello senza nessuna indicazione di accodamento. Fatta la fila il signor Scalzo con un sorrisetto ironico mi dice di ritornare lunedì perché lui è in ferie, seccato dopo aver fatto 50Km gli chiedo a chi mi dovrò poi rivolgere e lui chiudendomi la porta in faccia “ a no no a settembre ciao “. Spero che presto finirà la pacchia!
A shame! Office of disorganized slackers. Un incubo, personale impreparato ma soprattutto scortese al limite dell'assurdo. Quasi ti cacciano via. Ma la signora allo sportello delle patenti chi ce l'ha messa e che ci sta a fare?
Per contro ho parlato con un signore gentilissimo al piano superiore, non pareva vero.
Sembrava che la PA avesse innovato le relazioni con il pubblico ma qui non sanno neanche cosa siano. Sempre peggio per la Calabria
