G	Giancarlo Bertolino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno dato un pulmino a 9 posti con 167000 km, il viaggio si è conluso senza intoppi tuttavia più volte al mattino il furgone ha faticato ad accendersi, probabilmente a causa della batteria non in ottimo stato, i freni non mi sono sembrati reattivi . La nota veramente dolente è stato il gasolio, al momento del noleggio noto che non aveva il pieno allora dopo esplicita richiesta mi dicono che per loro non è importante, testuali parole ( a noi non frega niente). Dopo pochi km ero già in riserva. Ho riconsegnato il pulmino in riserva e dopo una sterile conversazione mi vedo addebitare 17 € perche loro sostengono che il livello era ad 1/4. Comportamento ingannevole. Non mi è stato proposto nient'altro allo stesso prezzo ma proposto l'autovettura di dimensioni maggiori con conseguente aumento del prezzo precedentemente concordato. L'operatore con atteggiamento scorbutico non mi è stato d'aiuto, anzi mi ha portato ad optare per un competitor. Per niente soddisfatto, purtroppo al momento della consegna, senza alcun preavviso, ci è stata consegnata una vettura differente da quella concordata con l'operatore telefonicamente, tralatro vettura in condiziini non ottimali. BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!! Noleggi un camion per 300 euro, aggiungi copertura assicurativa totale (che nel caso succeda qualcosa devi versare solo 380 euro) e ti chiedono assegno di 1800 euro che si tratterranno fino a fine noleggio. Scherziamo? E' un giochetto che ti comunicano solo al telefono poco prima della consegna del camion quando ormai sei costretto ad accettare le loro richieste illegittime. E inoltre non accettano tutte le carte di credito, nella prenotazione online la confermano salvo rifiutarla nella famosa telefonata scortese prima del noleggio. Pessimo servizio, pessima politica aziendale, pessimi in tutto. Abbiamo optato ler altro con gran soddisfazione. Horrendous service. Rude and conceited staff on the phone. Clarity absent in the info on the site. You rent a truck for 300 euros, add total insurance coverage (which in case something happens you only have to pay 380 euros) and they ask you for a check for 1800 euros which will be kept until the end of the rental. Are we kidding? It is a game that they communicate to you only on the phone just before the delivery of the truck when you are now forced to accept their illegitimate requests. And they also do not accept all credit cards, in the online booking they confirm it unless they refuse it in the famous rude phone call before the rental. Bad service, bad company policy, bad in everything. We opted for the other with great satisfaction.

Chiamiamo 10 gg prima per sapere se nella dotazione del furgone sono disponibili i carrellini per i traslochi e ci viene assicurato. Risultato: nessun carrellino nel giorno del ritiro. Giorno del ritiro con tanto di appuntamento, ritardo di 1 ora. Non ci siamo per niente. Van with 1/4 full and up there .. okay. We call 10 days before to find out if the trolleys for removals are available in the van equipment and we will be insured. Result: no trolley on the day of collection. Pick-up day with an appointment, 1 hour delay. We are not there at all.
