Alta professionalità. Il ragazzo mi ha seguito in ogni mia richiesta. Dal piano inferiore illustrandomi ogni dettaglio Husqvarna, per poi proseguire su KTM al piano superiore. Gentilissimo, professionale ed esaustivo. Tornerò presto a comprare. Grazie!

Ho comprato una ktm 390 Adventure 2021 presso la concessionaria di Lodi. Dopo circa 5 mesi subisco un sinistro a Milano e, per comodità, la porto presso la concessionaria ufficiale di milano, via Lario. Giunto in officina mi viene detto di lavare prima la moto perché sporca la catena. Se avessi voluto avrei potuto farlo anche in officina al costo di 20 euro (parlo di una moto eh!) Dopo aver provveduto da solo presso l’autolavaggio più vicino distante circa 2km, la lascio in officina. In 4-5 gg il preventivo è pronto. Spese preventivate euro 6600 circa dovendosi sostituire principalmente telaio, forcelle, piastra e faro anteriore, oltre alle componenti estetiche. Mi viene detto che le riparazioni essenziali senza le quali non si può rilasciare la moto in sicurezza su strada sono di circa euro 5000. Preciso che il preventivo è stato fatto senza smontare alcuna componente della moto ma solo sulla base di un esame estetico, come riferitomi dal dipendente addetto. Decido di non ripararla presso l’officina ktm pagando conseguentemente il preventivo. Decido di portarla in un’altra officina di riparazione moto. Dopo aver effettuato una diagnostica dei danni smontando completamente la parte anteriore oggetto di urto, il preventivo ammonta ad euro circa 3.500. Il meccanico mi riferisce che il telaio non è danneggiato ed, inoltre, mi precisa che per verificare un suo danneggiamento bisogna proprio smontare almeno la parte anteriore della moto. Sono rimasto deluso per la superficialità e il disinteresse verso il cliente, le sue esigenze e la sua salute che mi porteranno sicuramente a preferire in futuro altri marchi motociclistici.
I bought a 2021 ktm 390 Adventure at the Lodi dealership. After about 5 months I suffer a claim in Milan and, for convenience, I take it to the official Milan dealership, via Lario. When I arrived at the workshop I was told to wash the bike first because it dirty the chain. If I wanted to, I could also do it in the workshop at a cost of 20 euros (I'm talking about a motorcycle eh!) After having done it myself at the nearest car wash about 2km away, I leave it in the workshop. In 4-5 days the estimate is ready. Estimated costs about € 6600 having to replace mainly the frame, forks, plate and headlight, in addition to the aesthetic components. I am told that the essential repairs without which the motorcycle cannot be safely released on the road are around 5000 euros. I specify that the estimate was made without disassembling any component of the bike but only on the basis of an aesthetic examination, as reported to me by the employee in charge. I decide not to repair it at the ktm workshop, paying the quote accordingly. I decide to take it to another motorcycle repair shop. After carrying out a diagnosis of the damage by completely disassembling the front part affected by the impact, the estimate amounts to approximately 3,500 euros. The mechanic tells me that the frame is not damaged and, moreover, he specifies that to check for damage it is necessary to remove at least the front part of the bike. I was disappointed with the superficiality and lack of interest in the customer, his needs and his health that will surely lead me to prefer other motorcycle brands in the future.

Da circa 3 anni sono loro cliente avendo comprato una 1090 adv. Da subito disponibili ma soprattutto onesti. Mi sono recato presso la loro officina previo appuntamento per un intervallo di manutenzione. L’addetto all’accettazione si presenta subito bene e facendo capire di essere una persona competente. Il giorno seguente mi sono recato per il ritiro e oltre a una fattura con un leggero sconto, visto l’intervento “oneroso”, mi viene spiegato nel dettaglio tutti gli interventi che sono stati eseguiti con anche dei consigli per la giusta manutenzione della trasmissione. Posso dire che la concessionaria P&D è ormai un punto di riferimento per i motociclisti che come me hanno un attaccamento al marchio KTM. Continuate cosi’
For about 3 years I have been their customer having bought a 1090 adv. Immediately available but above all honest. I went to their workshop by appointment for a maintenance interval. The receptionist immediately introduces himself well and makes it clear that he is a competent person. The following day I went for the pickup and in addition to an invoice with a slight discount, given the "expensive" intervention, I am explained in detail all the interventions that have been carried out with advice for the correct maintenance of the transmission. I can say that the P&D dealership is now a point of reference for motorcyclists who like me have an attachment to the KTM brand. Keep it up'

Mi sono interfacciato con Alberto per l' acquisto di una Norden901. È sempre stato disponibilissimo e super professionale. Non ho ancora tagliandato la moto ma sono certo che sia una Azienda di seri professionisti. Un grande prodotto necessita di una ottima customer care, e quì non manca!

I went to the store to take a look at an used FB Mondial HPS 125. Everything went fine, I fell in love with the bike and decided to purchase it. As agreed with the shop owner, I contacted him by e-mail on the following day to discuss the payment details. However, the shop owner tells me that his colleague had just sold the bike I wanted to purchase. Very upsetting news indeed, but I thought to myself that it could have been an honest mistake, it happens. But then the shop owner tries to sell me a bike he had, VERY different to what I wanted to buy, supposedly costing 5,200€. A quick look at the website of the store shows that it costed 4,799€. So now I really think that the shop owner, in addition to being VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, is a VERY BAD LIAR. Thank you for wasting my time Claudio
