★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero un cliente. Da oggi sconsiglio vivamente questa officina. Mi è stato riservato un trattamento maleducato e con toni "sfottò" quasi a deridermi. Entrato con appuntamento mi viene detto che l'auto la potrò ritirare più avanti (contrariamente agli accordi). Nonostante chiedessi con gentilezza se potevo cambiare data di consegna. Mi è stato risposto "se fosse venuto stamattina alle 8 e non alle 11 (erano le 10.20) forse si"..."si ricordi la prossima volta di venire appena apriamo". Oltre a dire che avevo opportunamente telefonato per comunicare l'orario d'arrivo. Questi toni e arretramenti da "bullo" con un cliente sono da denunciare. Oltretutto vengo seguito in auto, dove appoggiandosi all'auto e gesticolandomi con fare minaccioso, mi "riprendeva" in quanto le mie rimostranze (da cittadino civile) dovevo fargliele in faccia. Questi atteggiamenti da Bronx con questa volontà di attaccare briga, mi hanno deluso oltre che creato un certo malumore. Da cliente quasi abituale, non metterò più piede in questa Officina. Attendo quantomeno le scuse da parte del titolare.
 I was a client. From today I strongly advise against this workshop. I was given a rude treatment and with "teasing" tones almost to mock me. Entered by appointment, I am told that the car can be picked up later (contrary to the agreements). Although I asked politely if I could change the delivery date. I was replied "if he had come this morning at 8 and not at 11 (it was 10.20) maybe you" ... "remember the next time to come as soon as we open". In addition to saying that I had appropriately telephoned to communicate the arrival time. These "bully" tones and setbacks with a customer are to be reported. Besides, I am followed by car, where leaning on the car and gesturing threateningly, it "took me back" because my grievances (as a civilian) had to be put on his face. These Bronx attitudes with this willingness to attack trouble, disappointed me as well as created a certain moodiness. As an almost regular customer, I will no longer set foot in this Workshop. I await at least an apology from the owner.

Molto soddisfatta
Punctually, within a few hours the car had changed the oil and filled the refrigerant for the air conditioning after the obligatory overhaul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo prezzo per pneomatico scooter di nota marca, montaggio rapido, regolare fattura, peccato mi sono accorto solo pochi giorni che mi hanno montato un DOT vecchissimo, pneomatico scaduto! prodotto da diversi anni. DOggi, dopo pochissimi km percorsi si è spaccata tutta la "spalla" de lo pneomatico che perde pressione. Poteva andare peggio, mettere a repentaglio la sicurezza dei clienti per un margine di guadagno superiore è un qualcosa di inqualificabile, da denuncia. Conservo ancora tutte le prove di quanto scrivo percui inutile cancelliate la mia recensione. ATTENZIONE .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo una vite piantata nel pneumatico, unico gommista aperto vicino casa, nella settimana di ferragosto. Arrivo e nonostante ci fossero alcune persone in coda, in poco tempo riparato il danno e via! Molto bene
