★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cristina e Manuela gestiscono la palestra. Sono ottimi personal trainer, disponibili in qualsiasi momento. Molto competenti. Nonostante la palestra non sia enorme non si fa coda per gli attrezzi. Gli attrezzi sono pulitissimi e tenuti molto bene. La sala corsi è stata rinnovata da poco ed offre un'ampia scelta di corsi a tutte le ore. Sono aperti anche il sabato e la domenica è saltuariamente offrono workshop aggiuntivi. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Secondo me la migliore palestra in zona.
Cristina and Manuela run the gym. They are excellent personal trainer, available at any time. Very competent. Although the gym is not huge, it does not queue for tools. The tools are very clean and very well kept. The training room has recently been renovated and offers a wide choice of courses at all hours. They are also open on Saturdays and Sundays and occasionally offer additional workshops. Unbeatable value for money. In my opinion the best gym in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra piccola, che fa della disponibilità dei proprietari e degli istruttori il suo punto di forza. Ottimo il prezzo richiesto per le varie formule di abbonamento, che tiene conto anche dell'assenza di macchinari particolari o all'ultimo grido. Si trova comunque tutto il necessario e anche di piú. Assente un parcheggio dedicato per le auto ma vi è spazio per moto/bici. Consigliata a chi vuole allenarsi seriamente ma in un clima gioviale e piacevole!
Small gym, which makes the availability of the owners and instructors its strong point. The price requested for the various subscription formulas is excellent, which also takes into account the absence of particular or latest machinery. However, you will find everything you need and more. There is no dedicated car park but there is space for motorcycles / bicycles. Recommended for those who want to train seriously but in a jovial and pleasant atmosphere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra ormai "storica", che da quando si è spostata nella nuova sede è dotata di ampi locali distribuiti su due piani, con attrezzatture ginniche per tutti i gusti e le necessità, oltre ad un'ampia offerta di corsi di vario tipo, dal pilates alla ginnastica dolce. Rispetto delle norme anti covid, dal Green Pass al distanziamento delle docce. Lo staff è competente e gentile
