Requested a quote for my car breakdown. They took a copy of the booklet and told me they would let me know in the following days. A MONTH has passed and I'm still waiting! You see they don't need to work. Fortunately, there are workshops full! Go elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto gentili e competenti, nonostante la mia "improvvisata" per un guasto capitato lungo la strada tra Genova e Nervi. La fortuna nella sfortuna è stata che il problema alla mia auto si è manifestato a poca strada dall'officina: ho chiesto a Google quale fosse l'officina più vicina e mi ha indicato l'officina "nuova ERA".
In circa 20 minuti hanno individuato e riparato il guasto per consentirmi di riprendere il viaggio, raccomandandomi di fare eseguire un controllo al mio rientro a Milano.
Very kind and competent, despite my "improvised" for a breakdown that happened along the road between Genoa and Nervi. Fortunately for bad luck was that the problem with my car appeared a short way from the garage: I asked Google which was the nearest garage and he pointed me to the "new ERA" garage.
In about 20 minutes they identified and repaired the fault to allow me to resume the journey, recommending that I have an inspection carried out on my return to Milan.
