★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza trascorsa con un prodotto assicurativo venduto da loro. Rate che crescevano di anno in anno e mega truffa finale al momento della richiesta di riscatto. Statene alla larga o meglio “restate con i piedi per terra” .

In breve, dopo aver concordato con una consulente un piano di accumulo, ho sottoscritto il contratto decidendo un versamento di 50€ al mese, con un anticipo di n°3 mensilità.
Il contratto sarebbe dovuto partire da subito, ma a distanza di 2 mesi vengo ricontattato perché il versamento contrattuale per essere accettato deve essere di almeno 80€, la cosa mi ha un po’ stranito ma ho accettato e ho rifirmato.
Ho deciso di interrompere il contratto quando a distanza di altre 2 settimane la consulente mi ha richiamato, ammettendo di non aver letto bene le clausole di contratto, in quanto il versamento mensile sarebbe dovuto essere di minimo €100 al mese.
A quel punto ho chiesto la risoluzione del contratto e la restituzione delle mensilità anticipate (che è avvenuta, hanno comunque trattenuto una cifra di €25 causa gestione pratiche).
In sostanza ho capito che i consulenti hanno a che fare con un numero molto elevato di contratti e non possono fisicamente conoscerli tutti.
Così facendo però l’utente finale rischia di cadere in nodi burocratici che nemmeno i consulenti stessi conoscono.
Inoltre ho riscontrato anche una carenza di comunicazione tra quest’azienda e l’erogatore della prestazione.
Ad avvalorare questa tesi il fatto che a due mesi di distanza dalla chiusura del contratto, la consulente che mi ha seguito mi ha richiamato per sapere se avessi chiuso il contratto o meno.
Negative experience that ended before it even started.
In short, after having agreed on an accumulation plan with a consultant, I signed the contract by deciding on a payment of € 50 per month, with an advance of 3 months.
The contract should have started immediately, but after 2 months I am contacted again because the contractual payment to be accepted must be at least € 80, which surprised me a little but I accepted and signed again.
I decided to terminate the contract when after another 2 weeks the consultant called me back, admitting that he had not read the terms of the contract correctly, as the monthly payment should have been at least € 100 per month.
At that point I asked for the termination of the contract and the return of the advance monthly payments (which happened, however they withheld a sum of € 25 due to management practices).
Basically I understood that consultants have to deal with a very large number of contracts and cannot physically know them all.
By doing so, however, the end user risks falling into bureaucratic knots that not even the consultants themselves know.
In addition, I also found a lack of communication between this company and the service provider.
To confirm this thesis the fact that two months after the closing of the contract, the consultant who followed me called me back to find out if I had closed the contract or not.
