Per il resto ambiente bello e tecnologico ma sinceramente mi è scocciato questo continuo migrare da una filiale a un altra... oltretutto apparse facce neanche mai viste prima.Dispiace per i residenti che sicuramente si trovano in una situazione di forte disagio, la banca dispone soltanto di 5 parcheggi privati . Innanzitutto stamattina presto mi hanno risposto subito al telefono e l'operatrice è stata molto gentile. Poi in filiale sembrava che l'operazione non si potesse fare se non in un'unica filiale in centro (per me scomodissima!) e la signorina in postazione d'entrata è stata molto gentile, ha comunque provato ed è riuscita a fare l'operazione. Esperienza ottima direi! I have not been a customer of this bank for years but for an old passbook to close today I visited this branch. First of all, early this morning they answered the phone immediately and the operator was very kind. Then in the branch it seemed that the operation could not be done except in a single branch in the center (very uncomfortable for me!) And the young lady at the entrance was very kind, she tried anyway and managed to do the operation. Excellent experience I would say!
