Только заехал стал ожидать и тут же ко мне подошол управляющий спросил, по какому вопросу я тут, я объяснил причину, и он сразу правил подсказал что и куда + приставил ко мне человека, что бы помогал в моём вопросе, ето была очаровательная девушка которая проконтролировала весь процесс. Короче ставлю 5+.

CHiedo un appuntamento per aprire un conto aziendale , mi risponde un operatrice donna che mi da delle risposte vaghe superficiali ed inattinenti alla mia richiesta come se le dessi fastidio o avessi chiamato in un momento inopportuno ! Sembra quasi che limitano gli appuntamenti ad un numero chiuso di persone che conoscono già e non accettano nuovi clienti per puro preconcetto da come si pongono telefonicamente ! Non ho parole statene alla larga da questi soggetti e da questa filiale
Partial, superficial and non-professional
I ask for an appointment to open a company account, a woman operator answers me who gives me superficial and irrelevant vague answers to my request as if I were bothering her or had called at an inappropriate time! It almost seems that they limit the appointments to a limited number of people who already know and do not accept new customers out of pure preconception from how they are placed by telephone! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potrei mettere nessuna stella la metterei … bruttissima esperienza. Ho perso tanto tempo per aprire 3 conti con bambino piccolo dietro di me , il mio , del mio marito e del bimbo , ho passato le coordinate nuove al lavoro etc . Dopo l’entrata di un asegno circolare per la vendita di una machina che li avevo fatto presente prima di aprire il conto , e che mi hanno pure aiutato per versarlo ?♂️mi hanno mandato la lettera per chiudere il conto !!! Motivo ??? Perché era un conto Nuovo e non potevo ricevere un asegno un po’ alto . Direttore molto arrogante e maleducato . Continuate così bravi, fatte perdere tempo alle persone . Avrei tanto da dire ancora però mi fermo qui per rispetto .dipendenti bravi e rispettosi però anche la cassiera brava . Problema è il direttore .
If I could put any star I would put it ... very bad experience. I lost a lot of time to open 3 accounts with a small child behind me, mine, my husband and the child, I passed the new coordinates at work etc. After the receipt of a circular check for the sale of a car that I had told them before opening the account, and who also helped me to pay it ?♂️ they sent me the letter to close the account !!!
