Branch located in the center of Maerne, easy to reach and with ample parking. The staff is really nice and helpful.

β β β β β Sono appena andata a chiedere con cortesia se per aprire un conto corrente fosse necessario un appuntamento, la signora sui 55 anni, con capelli castani ed occhiali che Γ¨ venuta alla porta mi ha risposto con un maleducato "direi proprio di sΓ¬" dicendo di chiamarla al 641168. Mi ha detto di uscire, e mentre mi stavo segnando il numero che era appeso alla porta mi ha detto nuovamente che dovevo andarmene dall'area bancomat (dove Γ¨ situata anche la porta di entrata alla filiale)
Appena uscita ho chiamato la filiale di Mestre che con estrema cortesia mi ha fissato un appuntamento e dove aprirΓ² quindi il mio conto.
Complimenti per la maleducazione, davvero una mossa astuta per perdere clienti.
Ricordo alla signora che volevo aprire un nuovo conto, non fare una rapina.
Ovviamente prima di scrivere la recensione ho provato a telefonare per avere un confronto direttamente con la diretta interessata, ma nessuno ha risposto al telefono.
I just went to ask politely if an appointment was necessary to open a current account, the lady of about 55, with brown hair and glasses who came to the door, replied with a rude "I would say yes" saying to call her at 641168. He told me to go out, and while I was writing down the number that was hanging on the door he told me again that I had to leave the ATM area (where the entrance door to the branch is also located)
As soon as I left, I called the Mestre branch who with extreme courtesy set me an appointment and where I will then open my account.
Kudos for the rudeness, really a smart move to lose customers.
I remind the lady that I wanted to open a new account, not do a robbery.
Obviously before writing the review I tried to call to have a direct confrontation with the person concerned, but no one answered the phone.
