 Worsened a lot: very little choice, models all equal to themselves. I don't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrissi una recensione negativa circa un anno fa, oggi devo però modificarla, sono tornata e devo dire che ho trovato sempre delle belle montature ma, a differenza dell'anno scorso, personale gentilissimo e disponibile ci rivedremo presto.
I wrote a negative review about a year ago, but today I have to change it, I'm back and I must say that I have always found some beautiful frames but, unlike last year, very kind and helpful staff we will see you again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che sono una cliente affezionata con ben tre paia di occhiali graduati acquistati,avendo avuto un problema ad una lente a cui per qualche motivo si era staccato L antiriflesso ed essendo ancora in garanzia L occhiale mi aspettavo un trattamento diverso da quello avuto.Infatti la lente L ho dovuta pagare io perché secondo loro la lente ( una sola dell occhiale) avrebbe preso una scaldata .Anche se ciò fosse vero ( e non lo e’) come mai solo ad una lente ? Porto gli occhiali dall età di cinque anni e non mi e’ mai accaduta una cosa del genere ...per 15€ outly ha perso sicuramente una cliente .
I state that I am a loyal customer with three pairs of purchased graduated glasses, having had a problem with a lens which for some reason had detached the anti-reflective lens and still being under warranty. The glasses I expected a different treatment from that had. lens I had to pay for it because according to them the lens (only one of the glasses) would have taken a heat. Even if this were true (and it is not) why is it only with a lens? I have been wearing glasses since the age of five and this has never happened to me ... for 15 € outly he definitely lost a client.
