★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always buy stuff twice or trice a week so i already almost know all of the staff. Only the guy who name ANTONIO has a poor customer service. Not polite compare to any of the rest. He doesn't know and follow the discounts that i have read in thier advertisement in facebook page of barberino outlet. At first we thought that he is just one of the security guards inside the store. I was shocked when he introduced that his the store manager that he doesn't look like the manager. IT SEEMS THAT HE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT SELLING on thier store. Hope and wish he is not there when we come back. Thanks..

Parcel arrive and the receipt is not inside. They say sorry and took foto of the receipt and sent to me. Letting pass this insident and trying to buy more. So here it is.
3rd experience buying in distance in this store.
Emploring to send me paper bag cos i badly needed thoose... But no.. Its a big No.. And mam dont insist coz we dont send. Coz its our protocol and the shipping time is tuesday or friday.. I paid tuesday and ship it friday imagine. I wait till now. Monday huge box arrived.. I bought 15pcs fyi. No paper bag of course. And the shoes. Is dirty as f... Dirty cos client try them use them.. Hey its your job to clean and pack well your item to be well presented to your client but no... Yeah they say sorry but.. Let me tell you this.. Read other comment in this store. I maybe a huge karen. But i pretend what i pay for.
