Staff cordiale e preparato, con un ampia disponibilità di prodotti. In più sono disponibili in outlet anche le nuove collezioni! Sicuramente ritornerò per l'abbigliamento da sci!

Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff super cordiale che mi ha aiutato nella scelta sia del casco che dell’abbigliamento tecnico. Molto apprezzata l’onestà perché potevano tranquillamente convincermi a prendere i prodotti più costosi ma invece mi hanno insegnato molte cose e consigliato prodotti con qualità/prezzo veramente ottima, per quanto riguarda la preparazione sul comparto materiali e tecnologie sono veramente forti, mi hanno fatto passare una bella oretta offrendomi anche il caffè. Honesty was much appreciated because they could easily convince me to take the most expensive products but instead they taught me many things and recommended products with really excellent quality / price, as regards the preparation on the materials and technologies sector they are really strong, they made me pass a nice hour also offering me coffee. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tornando dalla settimana bianca di dicembre mi sono fermata in questo negozio a Barberino. Devo dire che ho trovato prodotti ottimi e prezzi buonissimi. Ma la cosa che più mi ha sorpreso e il signor Luca che con una professionalità e pazienza mai vista, mi ha assistito tutto il tempo . Dovevo comprare solo una tuta e sono uscita con due tute, due caschi e tre maschere! Poi questa mattina dovevo fare un regalo e grazie a lui sono riuscita a trovare ulteriori due tute da uomo ! Mi ha inviato foto e spiegato in dettaglio anche le taglie migliori da scegliere! Mi ha scritto sul telefono anche nelle ore della sua pausa pranzo! Che dire? Quando si trova un bravissimo commesso si compra con piacere e con la sicurezza di essere trattati benissimo! Comprerò ancora ! Grazie Luca! Chiara da Viterbo!
Returning from the white week in December, I stopped at this shop in Barberino. I must say that I found excellent products and very good prices. But the thing that surprised me most is Mr. Luca who, with unprecedented professionalism and patience, assisted me all the time. I only had to buy one suit and I went out with two suits, two helmets and three masks! Then this morning I had to make a gift and thanks to him I was able to find two more men's suits! He sent me photos and also explained in detail the best sizes to choose! He wrote to me on the phone even during his lunch break! What to say? Che dire... ho trovato personale gentile, onesto ma soprattutto preparato.
Dopo una bellissima panoramica sui vari caschi e sui vari materiali non ho esitato a fidarmi di matteo.
A primo impatto vi troverete una montagna di quasi due metri ma "l'abito non fa il monaco", si è rivelato un ragazzo gentilissimo e molto disponibile.
Consiglio fortemente di passarci perchè è un'ottima esperienza e sicuramente se avrò modo, tornerò anche per un semplice saluto a tutto lo staff.

At first glance you will find a mountain of almost two meters but "the dress does not make the monk", he turned out to be a very kind and very helpful guy.
I strongly recommend to go there because it is a great experience and certainly if I have the opportunity, I will come back even for a simple greeting to all the staff.
