★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unico che ha le taglie 3xl. Non sono grasso, ma robusto, e faccio fatica a comprare i vestiti in italia. Le taglie 2XL qui corrispondono a quelle L di tutto il resto del mondo. 4 stelle perchè ultimamente anche nei outlet si fa fatica a trovare 3xl, a differenza dei negozi in città.
 The only one that has the 3xl sizes. I am not fat, but sturdy, and I struggle to buy clothes in Italy. The 2XL sizes here correspond to the L sizes of the rest of the world. 4 stars because lately even in the outlets it is difficult to find 3xl, unlike the shops in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meriterebbero 5 stelle perché sono stati velocissimi nel cambiarmi un paio di scarpe difettose che solo dopo 1 settimana di utilizzo hanno iniziato a perdere pezzi. Purtroppo però il personale mi ha trattato come se fossi di troppo e stessi alzando chissà che pretesa usando un linguaggio alquanto sgarbato e davanti a tutti i clienti che erano in cassa a pagare. Purtroppo non posso fare nomi per questioni di privacy ma la gente così non dovrebbe fare questa tipologia di lavoro a contatto con la clientela. Detto questo, sicuramente ritornerò come faccio da anni ma spero di non incorrere mai più in scenate come questa.
They deserve 5 stars because they were very quick to change a pair of defective shoes that only started to lose pieces after 1 week of use. Unfortunately, however, the staff treated me as if I was too many and I was raising who knows what claim using a rather rude language and in front of all the customers who were at the cash desk to pay. Unfortunately I can't name names for privacy reasons but people like that shouldn't do this type of work in contact with customers. That said, I will definitely return as I have been doing for years but I hope I will never run into scenes like this again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una marca di eccellenza dovrebbe avere un personale di eccellenza, purtroppo non è così. Siamo entrati con la voglia di acquistare ma il ragazzo che c'è ti fa passare la voglia. Maleducato al 100%. Consiglio come cliente al responsabile di questo negozio di fare dei corsi ai ragazzi di come trattare al cliente.
A brand of excellence should have excellent staff, unfortunately this is not the case. We entered with the desire to buy but the guy who is there makes you want to pass. 100% rude. I recommend as a customer to the manager of this shop to give the boys courses on how to treat the customer.
